One option for renting film noir movies is at the library. If you live in a large city, they may have more to choose from and you might even be able to request DVD or video titles transferred to your local branch for pickup.

Or there's the video rental stores. The big chains have the most popular titles. Some towns with a large noirophile population may have an independent video store with some of the more hard to find titles.
